The main task as in almost any digital product is to understand what the customer is asking or looking for? Energy was looking to play with the balance point between the world of experience and dynamic play and the work and challenges that come with it. When you find this point a wonderful thing happens, with the help of fine tuning you can play and influence the level of the experience, add playfulness, tension, creation, animation, dynamism and curiosity or hide it. On the one hand, you have to keep the path and not get lost in the game and on the other hand, don't drown in the boredom and monotony that managing such a job can have.

Attrition is the use of game design techniques, Mind Games and game mechanics, in order to improve non-game connections. Typically, the use of the rubric occurs in non-gaming applications and processes, with the goal of encouraging people to adopt them or to influence how they are used.
