The challenge - design and user experience for the call center system

One of the most complex challenges in the design and characterization of user experience and user interfaces in digital systems is the redesign of an existing and long-standing product in the market. The possibility to change and create an experiential product with advanced qualities and still at an intuitive level to minimize the learning curve.

My goal was to see the users take control of the product quickly and efficiently.

The result

In just two months, we completed the series of designs in the hands of the development team. The process was full of exciting moments, conversations, and interviews with different users, the development and management team, and customers who use the system.

There is no doubt that this is one of the most beautiful and intuitive digital products released in the last year and it is an honor to stand behind it
