USER EXPERIENCE (UX)
User experience or as the foreign name UX, an abbreviation of the term USER EXPERIENCES, is the description of the experience experienced by a user during his activity in the system (website, application, software, product or service).
The user experience deals with the experiential aspect of the use and actually 'measures' the feelings and satisfaction of the user as a result of the use or browsing.
Comfortable, friendly, simple and fun
The experiential element was born from the understanding that users need both a practical and an emotional response - and in fact they want to feel that the website, application or software understands them and their needs, 'speaks' in their language and can make the process of use comfortable, friendly, simple and enjoyable.
A good user experience can save implementation efforts and investment in knowledge management activities to encourage use and change management.
feeling and stickiness
A positive feeling will lead the user to repeatedly use the site (Stickiness), on the other hand, a general negative feeling regarding these aspects will prevent the user from returning and reduce his actions on the site.
In recent years, the field of user experience has become significant in any computing solution in general, and knowledge management solutions in particular, and is seen as a critical and necessary component (CSF)

Aesthetics
The general appearance of the site, the extent to which it is pleasing to the eye, the use of colors that will be aesthetic for the user and the creation of design harmony.

Providing the possibility to test the reliability of the information on the website.
Renewal
Regular updating of the site's content and the information distributed on it.
accessibility
Creating an information architecture that will be adapted to the way in which the user searches for information that matches the user's way of thinking.
reliability
Transferring reliable information to the user and avoiding errors or mistakes.
comfort
The user's ability to navigate the same website in accordance with different browsers and diverse resolutions.
