Characterization and planning of needs and target audiences

Before we start the design work, we will investigate the diverse characteristics of the target audience, the place and time to use the service, and identify the most significant need for the target audience. This analysis allowed us to determine tools and visual features we would like to implement to differentiate and refine the application's user interface.

In the next step, we will adjust the brand according to the research results and adapt the visual expression, the symbols, the logo, the colors, the sizes, and the feelings accordingly.

The visual identity - branding

Accurate, advanced and creative branding makes you stand out from the competition and creates an emotional and intuitive connection with consumers.
Through the use of advanced and creative design we will translate the collection of values, advantages and marketing differentiation of the application into a unique, accurate and surprising appearance.
The branding process is not just the design! The design branding was born from an enveloping process that begins with the planning of the marketing strategy, the diagnosis of the competition map, the selection of the motivating messages for action and the creation of a distinctive design concept adapted to the DNA of the target audience.
In this process we will prepare a book Brand identity containing a logo, icon, color palette, symbols, images, fonts and marketing messages. Also in this process we will create additional elements as needed such as business cards, a stamp for an email and a template for a presentation.

UX mockup - refine the experience

Before starting the design work, we will want to lay out the user experience along a timeline in order to identify places that have the potential to block or frustrate the intuitive flow of the user experience. For this purpose, we will build the process that the user goes through with interactive digital means such as Balsamic software so that as many people as possible can experience the experience on the timeline that the user goes through.
From my experience, we improve the user experience quite at this stage and solve the barriers with creative means.
The goal at this stage is to reach a high level of intuitive use and reach the user's goal in the shortest possible time.

UI design - to excite and innovate

The brand identity and the research results are the building blocks we will use to build the design for the application. The purpose of the design is to bring to light all the elements we created along the way and create the experience on the timeline to be exciting, surprising and most importantly - super intuitive.
The experience is the one that will determine the behavior of our target audience within the application and therefore, many brands in the world invest considerable efforts in order to reach an optimal experience. The design is a language in itself that connects the user to your service and as such, the language must be simple, clear and direct.
It's not for nothing that I use in my works design languages ​​that were built especially for the purpose, developed with a deep thought for the user's experience, both in the forms, the colors and the movement of the elements in them such as material design Of Google.

Prototype - mandatory before development

The designs are ready and in order to align with the expectations we take the designs and embed them in an advanced mockup environment that will help us all test and diagnose the latest application.

The mockup will allow us to show the developers our exact intention for the app's behavior in the real world, a process that greatly shortens the development process and the dynamics between the designer and the developers. The developers receive a storage set of the application's screens and the graphic visual elements that make it up for users in the mockup as a right marker for the development work.
