Automation and technology in the service of the user experience

No matter what business you are in, it is clear to all of us that one of the most powerful tools for success is the user experience. user experience Clear and powerful allows the customer to be enthusiastic and satisfied with the process he came to consume, especially when your customer recognizes an aesthetic problem he is interested in solving. This is exactly the story with Cherry Imaging, who identified and sought to address the user experience in such a way that it would be a complementary tool for the plastic surgeon to convey trust, simplicity and science in the conversation with the patient and would allow him to save valuable time and obtain higher conversion rates in the treatment.

One of the tools we applied in the process is research, where we approached different plastic surgeons and asked questions about the existing process. We asked to find out about the barriers, breaking points and deficiencies they have in the process. The information we received back was invaluable and allowed us to understand the process and compensate for the break points in planning a new user experience that puts the patient at the center of things through transparency, simplicity and technological capability.

A tool and indicator for the nurse performing the scan for accuracy in the scan, reducing the scanning time and reducing the patient's experience of discomfort in the process

Doctor's help system

In making decisions and illustrating the solution to the patient - the results of the scan and treatment recommendations that are filtered by the patient's demand data, determining the manner and nature of the treatment and passing to the medical team for payment and signing of forms.

The three systems work together behind the scenes and allow for the scheduling and migration of the patient automatically to the various rooms according to the progress and queue, which enables intelligent automatic management of the movement of patients in the clinic.

Right UI in the right place

After quite a bit of research and understanding the needs of all the end interfaces, it was decided to use a dark user interface, to allow in the near future full integration and an intuitive transition to projection technology on a digital mirror - the principle comes from the understanding from the research, that the customers are interested in seeing the differences in the treatment through an examination of their faces than On a three-dimensional illustration that sometimes distorts reality or does not do reality any favors, in addition, as three-dimensional illustration technologies develop, the facial display capabilities compared to the original/reality still does not allow a full solution and an authentic display of the face.
