Memorability: When users return to the system after a period of time without using it, how easy is it for them to re-skill?
Errors
How many errors do users make, how serious are the errors and how easy are the errors to correct?
Satisfaction: What is the degree of sympathy that a user has for the system?
Usability actually defines how the interface enables the work for which it is intended to be done in an easy, comfortable and pleasant way, that is, it actually defines the basic experience of the user. An interface with low usability scores will inevitably produce user experience not good.
